Welcome to our media hub! Our Communications Committee works very hard to produce several kinds of media in audio and electronic formats. The following information is available by accessing the links below:
- BayLines Express – Our monthly newsletter compiled and edited by Dianna Leonard. If you would like to write an article to contribute to BayLines Express, please contact Myra Ross. Contact information for both Myra and Dianna is always at the top of each issue. The BayLines Express webpage changes with each new edition of the newsletter.
- Council Connection – Our monthly podcast produced by Steve Dresser. Council Connection airs on the first Thursday of every month at 8:00 PM Eastern on the Talking Information Center Network, on the second and third Tuesday at 5:00 PM Eastern on the Worcester Audio Journal, and several times throughout the week on ACB Media 1. It is also available as a podcast on Libsyn, iTunes/Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, and Amazon Music.
- Blog – Here you will find member articles from past issues of BayLines Express, as well as Member Spotlights distributed by the Membership Committee.
- Awards – In recent years, the BSCB has presented three awards during the annual Spring Convention to individuals and organizations who have provided outstanding service to the Massachusetts blindness community. Beneficiaries from the most recent year back to 1996 are identified on our Awards page.
